To restrict or oppose the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned, at any time and to obtain information regarding the type of measures adopted following the request;

To port the data in the possession of the company Gurmand SRL;

To be notified as soon as possible in the event of a security incident with a significant impact on the data provided;

To address the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.

4. Provision of personal data is voluntary.

In the event of a refusal to provide this data or the provision of incomplete and/or inaccurate data, it results in the impossibility of creating the customer account and/or of delivering the ordered products.

5. Categories of data recipients.

Personal data can be disclosed to contractual partners such as: BoogIT, Iiko, WooCommerce to honor orders placed both online and by phone, but also to be able to issue invoices or accumulate bonus points in the customer account.

6. Data storage.

The data you provide us as a customer will be stored as long as the account created on the site is valid. Once it is deleted, the personal information from our database will also be deleted.

If within 6 months no more orders are made through the account created on the welovesushi.ro website, the account will be deleted along with all stored data.

7. Data security.

The confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, in all its forms, are essential to us and that is why we are committed to processing the data provided, generated and held in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Thus we guarantee the confidentiality of information by ensuring its accessibility only by authorized persons, by the existence of an access control system, by encrypting data and training employees on data confidentiality and information security.

At the same time, this objective is achieved by maintaining the internal and external consistency of the data and programs used.
